SEARAC is seeking community members who are willing to volunteer their time to assist with our event, to perform tasks including but not limited to:

  • Translation support during sessions

  • Assisting with registration

  • Guiding attendees to and from sessions

  • Notetaking and timekeeping for sessions

  • Aiding with photo and video documentation of programming

  • Performing event set-up and breakdown

  • Helping manage crowds

Volunteers will be asked to work a minimum of two volunteer shifts (4 to 4.5 hours each). SEARAC will waive registration fees for all confirmed volunteers, and volunteers will be able to attend summit programming if not working. Volunteers will receive the same meals provided to summit attendees.
